Big changes in 2005: In May storm, our neighbor, Jim McFarland's "Enuff is Enuff" cottage is washed away and we lose our bridge and stairs to beach and 20-25 feet of dune. Then in two weeks: (1) we have 15 feet of new dunes bulldozed up; (2) we have stairs rebuilt at beach; (3) we buy new refrigerator; (4) we install new plumbing system to make it easier to drain in fall; (5) we install new water pump system with pressure tank converted to storage tank with battery operated on-demand pump; (6) we install new gas delivery system so all four tanks empty together; (7) we install new kitchen sink and tile counter top and (8) I buy a boat -- a kayak propelled by peddles.
