Gobels at Saquish -- 2003
We had tropical weather for our annual trip to Saquish Beach, Plymouth, MA, August 3-10, 2003.  It rained every day, but it was warm and we had sun every day.  We all slept in the cottage -- no tents.
Left:  Teresa found the oldest grave of an ancester in the town cemetery in Sandwich (on Cape Cod):  Ezra Perry.  The inscription reads:  "Here lies the body of Ezra Perry, Aged 64 years, died October 16, 1689."

Below:  The group:  Front:  Teresa and Julius, Ray, Kathryn, Ben, John; Rear:  Jake, Mary Gail, Andrew, Forrest, Catherine, Mary, Sarah and Keye
Above left:  Mary Gail was our crustacean catcher:  She shows off a crab.  Above:  We "rescued" a dying immature herring gull.  Right above, Catherine and Forrest tried to rehab it under the cottage, feeding it potatoes.  Left:  Teresa and Mary at Perry & Burgess gravesites in Sandwich.  Right:  Mary braids Mary Gail's hair at cocktail hour.  Below:  we tried all kinds of creative ways to take baths -- MG sat in this tub for an hour.  Below right:  Teresa was ecstatic to find the Ezra Perry Grave.  Mary and I got to share the moment.
